ஏன் ஒலி வருதில்லை?

நான் நெருப்புநரி அதனுடன் Chrome ஆகிய இணையங்களை பாவிக்கின்றேன். இரண்டிலும் யூடியூப் படங்களில் ஒலியோ அல்லது இணையதளத்தில் நேரிடையாக ஒலிபரப்பும் நேரலைகளின் ஒலியோ கேட்க முடியாதுள்ளது. நான் win xp ser.pack 3 பதிந்துள்ளேன். என்ன காரணம் என கனணி அறிவுஜீவிகள் யாராவது அறியத் தருவீர்களா? இதனை சரி செய்வதற்கான வழிமுறைகளையும் தந்துதவுவீர்களா? :icon_rollout:

மிக நுணுக்கிய மென்மையானவர்களின் (அது தான் Micro-soft) இன் இணைய உலாவியில் சரியாக வருகிறதா???

சில plugins இனாலும் இப்படி பிரச்சனை வருமாம் என்று நெருப்புநரிக்கு உதவுவோர் சொல்கிறார்கள். மேலதிக சுட்டி (http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Video+or+audio+does+not+play). சரிசெய்ய முடியாவிடில் தெரிவியுங்கள். ஜாம்பவான்கள் உதவுவார்கள்.

யூடியூப் மட்டும் தான் என்றால், நீங்கள் அடோப் ப்ளாஸ் பிளேயர் பதிந்திருக்கவில்லை என்று தெரிகிறது, அந்தந்த ப்ரவுசரில் சென்று அடோப் தளம் பார்வையிட்டு அடோப் பிளேநர் அப்டேட் செய்யுங்கள். ஏனென்றால் இண்டர்நெட் எக்ஸ்புளோரர் மற்றும் மற்ற பிரவுசர்கள் என தனித்தனியாக அடோப் ப்ளாஸ் உள்ளது.

சத்தம் மட்டும் கேட்கவில்லை என்றால், உங்கள் கம்ப்யூட்டரில் அதற்கான கோடக் இல்லாமல் இருக்கலாம், ரியல் ப்ளேயர், குயிக்டைம்பிளேயர் பதிந்து பாருங்கள்

அடோப் பிளேயர் (Shockwave_Installer_Fullநெருப்பு நரி)Shockwave இரண்டையும் இருப்பதை அழித்துவிட்டு மறுபடியும் பதிந்து பார்த்துவிட்டேன். நுணுக்கியவரும் வெகு ஜோராக வருகிறார். ரியல் டைமும் உள்ளது மீடியா பிளேயர் மற்றும் விஎல்சியும் உள்ளது. எனினும் இன்னமும் மெளனம் காக்கிறது. ஓடிவந்து கைகொடுக்க முயன்றவர்க்கு சிரம்தாழ்த்தி நன்றிகள் தெரிவிக்கின்றேன். யாராவது ஜம்பவான்கள் கண்களில் என் துயரம் தெரிகிறதா? தெரிந்தால் உதவுங்கள்.

Flash stores its files in a temporary files folder. A corrupt download can cause the sound problems.

Delete the following folders:
C:\Documents and Settings\%UserName%\Application Data\Adobe\Flash Player
C:\Documents and Settings\%UserName%\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player

Empty your temporary internet files.
Internet Explorer: Tools -> Internet Options
Firefox: Tools -> Clear Private Data
Opera: Tools -> Delete Private Data

Empty your temporary files folder.
Use this command to empty your temporary files folder:
Start -> Run -> RMDIR /S /Q "%TEMP%"

Install the latest version of the Flash plugin. You can download it

Run the codectweaktool.
http://www.codecguide.com/download_other.htm#codectweaktool . Near the top you should see an option to fix the sound (Midi, WaveOut). Select that and press Next. If the option is grayed out, then that particular registry fix is not needed. This fix will restore a missing "wavemapper" registry key.

Go to the Flash Player Settings Manager website.

Check the box called "Allow third-party Flash content to store data on your computer."

Go to the Flash Player Settings Manager website.

Click on the button to remove the data that the Flash plugins has stored for websites that you have visited.

Check if your sound device settings are correct:
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Sound and Audio Devices -> Audio
If you have QuickTime installed, then go to the QuickTime control panel. On the Audio tab, set "Default Music Synthesizer" to "General MIDI".
On the Advanced tab, disable "Enable playback of Adobe Flash tracks".
On the browser tab, click on "MIME Settings". Under "Miscellaneous", make sure "Flash media" is unchecked.

Check if the file msacm32.drv is present in the C:\Windows\system32 folder. If not, copy it from another PC (that has the same version of Windows) and place the file in the system32 folder.

If you are also having sound problems with other applications, then re-installing your audio drivers might solve the problem.
